Eligibility

  • This campaign is open to all users who sign up via Crypto Breaking’s referral link: https://www.bitflex.com/register/7X2MBOXZO
  • All eligible users will be automatically enrolled on the Apple gadgets raffle.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is optional. However, each winner is eligible for one prize only. 
  • Participants who engage in both affiliate-exclusive campaigns and BITFLEX’s global campaigns will be eligible to receive prizes from only one campaign. Hence, if users sign up via any referral link from affiliate-exclusive campaigns, they will not be eligible to win prizes from BITFLEX’s global campaigns as both campaigns shared the same mechanics.

  • This campaign will be running for one month. Every sign-up under the mentioned referral link above will be eligible for the raffle, provided they meet the specified requirements.

Dynamic Prize Pool & Prize Distribution

  • The prize pool will increase based on the number of eligible sign-ups via Crypto Breaking’s referral link.
  • Prizes will be disbursed within 7-14 working days after the completion of the campaign.
  1. These rules apply to all competitions, prize draws, promotions, giveaways and suchlike that are promoted on and run through the BITFLEX official platforms (website and mobile apps) or social media channels.
  2. Users must be 18 years old and above with a verified BITFLEX account to participate in any BITFLEX promotional activities.
  3. All user’s account must be KYC verified to receive any prizes from BITFLEX promotional activities. Prizes will not be disbursed to users whose accounts are still unverified at the end of the activity period.
  4. Any users found to abuse, manipulate or take unfair advantage of the activities (with the intention to increase their winning chances and amount of prizes received) shall be disqualified from participating in any BITFLEX activities.
  5. If a user is found to be participating in any BITFLEX activities using more than one account, the user’s accounts will be subjected to a consolidation exercise which may result in a permanent suspension on BITFLEX.
  6. All entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our competition/activity rules in relation to the competition.
  7. BITFLEX’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Prizes in cryptocurrency tokens will be disbursed via airdrop to winners’ main (spot) wallet on BITFLEX. For other forms of prizes (e.g. electronics or gadgets), winners will be notified via email for delivery arrangements. If user did not respond within 30-days from the first day the email is sent, the prize shall be forfeited.
  9. Prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  10. You warrant to us that you created your competition/prize draw/promotion and giveaway entries, that you own all of the copyright in those entries, and that our use of the entries in accordance with these rules will not infringe any person’s intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
  11. You grant to us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish your entries.
  12. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocable and unconditionally waive your rights to be identified as the author of your competition entries and to object to any derogatory treatment of your competition entries.
  13. We may undertake publicity activities relating to competitions and prize awards. The winner therefore agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post-prize-winning publicity names, surnames, towns or regions of residence and prize details.
  14. All other personal details collected as part of the competition will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

The prize pool will increase based on the total number of eligible sign-ups. For example, if there are 200 eligible sign-ups by the end of the campaign, two Apple Watch Series 9 will be raffled among all the participants.
